The registration fee for this CME activity is $480.00 for physicians who are members of SCAI or the Texas Chapter of the American College of Cardiology. The fee for physicians who are non-members of SCAI or the Texas Chapter of the American College of Cardiology is $545.00. A reduced registration fee of $345.00 is available for Fellows-in-training, Residents, Nurses, Technicians, Physician Assistants, health care professionals, and full-time students if application is accompanied by a statement from applicant’s Department Head regarding status. The registration fee includes attendance at Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday sessions, access to online course materials, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches and the Thursday Evening Reception.

A full refund will be given provided that written notification of your intent to cancel is received four weeks prior to the opening date of the program. A processing fee of $75.00 will be charged for all cancellations received after this date. The cost of the meal functions will also be deducted from the refund unless the cancellation is received 48 hours in advance of the program. Fees will not be refunded for no-shows.

In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled, The University of Texas Health Science Center is responsible only for full refund of the registration fee, and not for transportation or hotel accommodations.
